The Dreaming Room

Healing Dreams takes a special interest in the use of dreaming for healing processes. Being struck down by a serious disease myself I know that there are not always easy answers or solutions. But in my experience dreams can help to accept and face your adversities as well as help you to adjust to your new life. I haven't heard firsthand of people who actually got cured by following up on the cues given by dreams. But I'm interested to hear the details.

June 26, 2003: Interested in lucid dreams? I'm organizing a group of 20 to 25 people to work on getting more lucid dreams. The website for the More Lucid Dreams project tells more.

June 26, 2003: Healing Dreams is moving to a new home. Start updating your bookmarks to Alquinte. You will find the Importance of Dreams survey on Alquinte, and some old dream quizlets I once did. The Music Dreams and Annotated Links will move over later.

May 4, 2003: I donated a copy of the Alchera dream software to the ASD. Typically items end up sold for reasonable prices, so this may be your chance to get a copy below the usual price. Look for where it says ASD Auction Board - May.

April 22, 2003: The year 2002 was a completely lost year to me due to health problems worse than usual. I just started working again a complete makeover of Healing Dreams website, which should be ready June or July.

May 5, 2002: I had a look at the links page for dream discussion groups. Nearly all of the linked sites no longer exist. Generally, dream discussion sites seem to have a very short life...

October 6, 2001: Amazon has a new toy for affiliates, take a look at my favorite books and your favorite books. These pages now have automatically generated book lists. I found various books I didn't know, and even one or two that I plan to check out myself.

August 1, 2001: I just released the new version 3.7 of my Alchera dream software. Never tried my software before? What are you waiting for?!

July 18, 2001: I'm offering a summer special for my Alchera dream software, aimed at longtime dream journalists: During the summer I offer to help you enter existing dreams. More info at the Mythwell.com website.

June 8, 2001: I updated the page with some of my favorite dream books. I hope to add a few more titles soon.

September 18, 2000: I replaced the guestbook because the old one had a security problem. So, a completely fresh, new and empty guestbook...

August 22, 2000: My first MP3 song at the music dreams page, titled Jingling.

January 3, 2000: Opened a new page in the diary section with music dreams. Comments are welcome in the guestbook.

December 7, 1999: Added a review of the interesting Healing Sounds from the Malaysian Rainforest by Marina Roseman. See the requested reviews.

November 12, 1999: Added a new Annotated Dream Links page for Dutch and German sites, for short referenced as non-english links.
